This Return and Refund policy agreement is a set of rules that you, the user/customer are agreeing to abide by in order to purchase goods from this website and One Bad Broad Designs, LLC:
- Order may be cancelled within 24 hours of initial purchase and will be refunded to original form of payment, if applicable.
- Incorrect or Missing Item: Please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
- All orders for shipping must include delivery tracking/protection purchased at time of order. Lost or undelivered shipments are to be resolved by customer filing a lost package claim/refund with their local USPS. We are no longer responsible once packaged item begins shipping process.
- Damaged product: We are happy to replace or refund any items that are broken in transit when provided with photos of shipping box AND clear photos of the damaged item(s). Please contact us right away upon discovery of damage, within 32 hours of package delivery. Claims after 32 hours of package delivery will be denied.
- Chargebacks will be challenged to the fullest extent. Any court or attorney fees will become the responsibility of the customer/purchaser.
