Who is One Bad Broad?

While we feel the title is self-explanatory, we believe in the power of self-expression.  Our journey began with an empty nest and a strong desire to creatively "Say and do what you want whenever you want".  A few funny and borderline inappropriate friends and family Christmas gifts has blossomed into thriving business that celebrates YOUR freedom to live life unfiltered. 

What does One Bad Broad specialize in? 

We specialize in cups and mugs of all shapes, sizes, and colors.  Most designs are sublimation, but some may be UV DTF or rhinestones.  Our items are considered handmade so please handle with care as well as some common sense.  ALL are hand wash only.  No hard scrubbing, dishwashers, microwaves, leaving in hot car, etc. 

What is sublimation? 

Sublimation in simplest terms is the process of fusing a specially formulated ink design to a substrate using a heat press.   

Won't they break easy? 
The glass can cups are made of borosilicate glass.  A specialized type of glass renowned for its high durability, chemical resistance, and, most notably, its ability to withstand extreme temperature fluctuations without breaking. However, that doesn't mean you should keep it in your hot car or throw it in the dishwasher.  It is non-toxic BPA-free, and lead free, preventing harmful chemicals form leaching into food or drink.  While resistant to thermal shock, it can still break if dropped or subjected to severe impact. 

Are your products true to color?
We do our best to accurately represent colors in our product photos. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Some items may also differ slightly as there are components that can not be duplicated exactly as they are hand made and unique to each cup. 

Do you offer customs? 

Feel free to contact us with any custom requests for review.  Please not that any characters or phrases that are under trademark or copyright will not be considered. 

Where do you get your designs or supplies? 

Most of our designs are uniquely created and are therefore considered our intellectual property.  Some are purchased for commercial sale.  Our supplies are from various vendors both locally and worldwide. While we may share supplies from time to time, we are under no obligation to share them all.  

Orders & Processing

How long does it take to process my order?
Most generally items are made to order and involve several days from start to finish. Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take 10-14 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Can I change or modify my order after it's been placed?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.  Once an order has begun its creation process and/or shipped, we cannot make modifications.

Do you offer order tracking?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's journey.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after processing.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently do not ship internationally. 

What if my cup arrived broken?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged shipping container, and any broken items.  We are happy to replace or refunds any items that are broken in transit with proof of damage upon receipt. 

My order shows delivered but I don't have it. What do I do? 

Please check all around the perimeter of your house and with your neighbors, first.  If your item is lost within the postal service, we will both need to file a claim with the Postal Service for reimbursement.  We are happy to assist you in getting that started. 

Cancellations & Returns

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. 

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns unless your item arrives broken or damaged.  If that is the unfortunate case, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. You will need to provide proof in photos of the damaged shipping container along with the damaged item, etc so don't throw anything away.  We are happy to replace or refund any items that are broken in transit with proof of damage upon receipt. 

How do I initiate a return?
Please contact us through our Contact page within 3 days of delivery to start the return process if you receive a broken item.  Don't throw anything away - especially the shipping container. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available through our secure checkout system.

Absolutely! We use industry-standard encryption and secure payment processing to protect your information.
